VAT exemption for subcontractors
1 – End Client having obtained VAT exemption, contractors want to be cascaded the 20% discount on their invoices
2 – Contractor has a fiscal entity in Morocco
3 – Contractor need Proforma invoices for all services
4 – 5 originals to be submitted to ONHYM , then Oil Minister , then Tax office.
Import / Export Fee 2000 USD per vessel
Moroccan ports only for clearance Agadir, Jorf Lasfar or Safi are not recommended to kick off a project and stay 2 or 3 days alongside.
